Our History
2018
Viserion Commodities was founded in 2018 as a futures-managed account business.
2021
Backed by Pinnacle Asset Management, the Viserion Commodities was reorganized in 2021 as Viserion International with the purpose of targeting physical asset acquisitions.
In July of 2021, Viserion acquired 10 grain elevators on the Mississippi River under the name Viserion Grain.
2022
In July of 2022, Viserion acquired Western Milling.
2024
In April of 2024, Viserion-owned Elian acquired a soy crush plant in Barcelona, Spain.
In July of 2024, Viserion entered into an agreement to purchase four grain elevator assets from Greenfield Grain.
2025
In March of 2025, 5V, a newly formed partnership between Five Rivers Cattle Feeding and Viserion Grain, announced plans to construct a shuttle train receiver in Texas.
In June of 2025, 5V celebrated progress with a groundbreaking ceremony in Dalhart, Texas.
